I saw this recipe for Buttery Catfish in Creamy Shallot Sauce in my Primal/Paleo recipes feed last week and decided to try it out tonight. Unfortunately, the local fishmonger was out of catfish, so I went for halibut instead. The result? The sauce was tasty and went well with the fish, but there wasn’t enough of the sauce. I’ll do this recipe again for sure, but will make more sauce and maybe pick a thinner fish.
Oh, and for our fill of veggies, I made sides of cauliflower mash and broiled asparagus with balsamic vinegar.
