Tonight we hosted “Feaster”, a little Easter shindig with a whopping 8 people (good thing we got an extendible table from IKEA!). After decorating about 3 dozen eggs with bright colors, shrinky dinkys, and glitter, we enjoyed a deliciously primal dinner. Our main was roast lamb loin chops (based off this recipe), with sides of cauliflower mash (based off this recipe with some parsnip added), peas, and a side of asparagus soup (based off this recipe, with some coconut milk added). For dessert, we enjoyed almonds, various cheeses, and wine. A very happy Easter indeed!
